More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

A large-scale drug awareness effort in Italy has surpassed over one million drug-prevention booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide factual education about commonly abused substances and their impact on health and society.

Approximately hundreds of volunteers across Cortina the country are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.
